The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overall maintenance, repair of building, grounds, production and utilities equipment while maintaining a clean facility. 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. May be required to operate forklifts/scissor lifts; power/air driven machinery such as saws, drills and hand tools.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of mechanical and electrical systems
• Perform daily and weekly inspections of facility to ensure smooth operations including ensuring security and observing equipment for defects
• Maintain accurate record of maintenance logs/operations and expenses
• Control supply of tools and spare parts related to facilities
• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
• Manage facilities maintenance issues and ensure repairs and installations are complete
• Keep record of all door keys to ensure proper accountability
• Complete tasks efficiently without close supervision
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees and customers
• Ensure training and certification of all forklift drivers
• May require working any shift as needed and/or overtime, weekends, and holidays
• Responsible for the preventative maintenance of Facilities and Production equipment
